About Me

My name is Lisa Schwartz.  I am a teacher consultant in the Richmond School District (#38). As a consultant, I provide curriculum support K-7 in the areas of literacy, assessment and differentiated instruction. I work with new primary teachers (in their first 3 years) through our District mentoring program. I am passionate about engagement, reading instruction and success for all students. This blog will highlight my work, my projects and my beliefs about literacy.
